Collegiate Program
Kent State IHSA Hunt Seat Team
Skypoint Farm is the proud home of the Kent State Equestrian Hunt Seat Team, a growing team of passionate and talented people who share the love of horses.
The Kent State team is part of the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association, which welcomes riders of all skill levels. Over the past several years, the team has doubled in size and has become increasingly competitive in its region, sending several riders to regional competition every Spring.
Riders take weekly group lessons and go to four to five IHSA shows per academic year. Members also have opportunities to learn horse care, earn lessons through working, and show at local schooling and rated shows.
